SUPPORT UAMA

UAMA depends on the generosity of individuals, foundations, and businesses to raise resources for our unique arts programs. As we continue to expand to serve all four grades, your support is more critical than ever in enabling these programs to continue. Our signature Extended Studio program has been funded largely through a startup grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, which will expire after our fourth year in 2009. The music and technology equipment needed for our special programs–digital cameras, Apple iBooks, DJ turntables – is out-dated and of insufficient quantity for our expanding student body.

LEVELS OF GIVING

XSTUDIO CHAPERON
A donation of $40 pays for one Xstudio class session for 10-12 students. Donate $40 and receive a set of 10 UAMA pencils.

XSTUDIO GUEST ARTIST
A donation of $80 pays for two Xstudio class sessions.
Donate $80 and receive an Xstudio Spring 2007 CD—your choice between The Band (jazz) and "Xstudio Sessions" (a collaboration between emcee, music production, and sound engineering classes). Please visit our student work page to listen to samples from both albums!

XSTUDIO RESIDENT ARTIST A donation of $160 pays for four Xstudio class sessions. Donate $160 and receive an Xstudio Spring 2007 Double CD Set—The Band and "Xstudio Sessions!"

And if you want to take a leadership role in our campaign….

XSTUDIO PRODUCER A donation of $1000 pays for over a month of Xstudio classes for two separate grades!
Donate between $1000 and $4000 and receive a Double CD Set and a book of student photography.

XSTUDIO SPONSOR
A donation of $4000 pays for an entire semester of an Xstudio course for two separate grades!
Donate between $4000 and $8000 and receive a complete Xstudio package: a double CD set, a book of student photography, a book of student poetry, a framed print of a student photograph, and free tickets to all Xstudio showcase performance events!

XSTUDIO BENEFACTOR
A donation of $8000 pays for an entire year of an Xstudio course for two separate grades!
Donate $8000 and up and receive a complete Xstudio package, free tickets to all events, two framed student photographs, and free UAMA T-shirts to be produced in the spring.

Because all of our administration is paid for by the Department of Education, every dollar given goes directly to a service or supply for one of our students.
