MESSAGE FROM THE PARENT COORDINATOR

As Parent Coordinator at the Urban Assembly School of Music and Art, I enjoy engaging with and involving parents in the school community by acting as the liaison between the principal, school leadership team, Parent Association, and community groups. I help conduct outreach workshops to engage parents in helping their children obtain their education goals. As a parent myself of two young adults, and through past experiences working with children of all ages, I have gained knowledge that allows me to relate to teens and families and support them through their transitional moments.

I encourage parents to contact me to discuss creating the most welcoming environment possible for students as well as their families.
